   Hawa-mahal was built by Maharaja Sawai "Pratap Singh" in 1799.he was the grandson of Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh".(Jaipur was founded by Jai Singh in 1727.

   Hawa mahal has 953 small windows that are why it called the "place of wind".This is the tallest structure in the world without foundation{नीव}

 Hawa Mahal was designed by mason "lal -chand".and inspired by the "Khatri-mahal{jhunjunu,rajasthan}.

Timing: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Tickets: for Indians:10rs,for foreigners :50rs.
